Immediate opening for an Ophthalmic Technician in growing ophthalmology practice. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, dependable, self-starting individual. Professionalism, multitasking, and a friendly/caring attitude are all a must. Ophthalmic background preferred but will train right candidate. Prior experience with EMR (MDOffice) is also a bonus. Due to the EMR mandate, candidate must be computer literate. Tasks include EMR for maintaining accurate medical records, patient calls, partient workups, diagnostic testing (VF, pachymetry, topography,fundus photo, OCT, Ascan), refractions, assisting physician.
