St. Luke's is a large (23 M.D., 300+ employee) ophthalmology practice with 7 locations in Tampa Bay and Central Florida. We are seeking an Office Manager for our new office located in The Villages. The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility. The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, budgeting and controlling the services provided by the facility. The Manager is responsible for maintaining facility regulatory compliance, licensure, and accreditation standards. He/she coordinates and directs patient care and related activities of the Facility according to accepted standards and works closely with administrative and medical staff in coordinating patient care service functions. The Manager is responsible for the patient care experience at St. Luke’s at The Villages. As such, the Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the medical and surgical practices of the doctors working within St. Luke’s at The Villages. In this role, he/she is responsible for oversight and development of all clinical and surgical staff. St. Luke's hires non-smokers only, EOE, DFWP. St. Luke's at The Villages employees are charter school eligible.
