Self-Assessment Directions
To obtain a certificate of completion for 1 hour of Category 1 CME credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award, you must successfully complete the exam. A minimum of 70% correct is required to obtain a certificate of completion.

• If you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, the .PDF file will automatically launch. Go to the File menu at the top left of your screen, and select Print. When the printer window opens, simply click OK.
  
  
• If you are using a Netscape browser, you may be asked whether you want to Open the file or Save the file to a disk. Select the Save It option. In the Save In: field, select your computer desktop, then click the Save button. Once the file has downloaded to your desktop, double-click on it to open it. In Acrobat Reader, click on the File menu in the upper left-hand corner, then click Print. When the printer window opens, simply click OK.
